Meet Lori & Laurie

Lori Espe

Lori Espe is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Her mission and passion are to help her clients create a personalized strategy for  becoming their healthiest. Lori works with her clients one-on-one, or in workshops, to help them eat cleaner, address food sensitivities and allergies, gain energy, and integrate sustainable healthy habits into their daily lives.

Lori worked as a CPA for many years and raised her four children with her husband while living around the world.  Lori is involved in nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area, helping others define and realize their life goals.  

When not working with clients, you can find her spending time with her family, trying out new recipes, studying nutrition, exercising, reading, and walking her three dogs.

Laurie Robinson

Laurie Robinson is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and is certified to facilitate Mindfulness-Based Stress Management (MBSM) through the Penn Program for Mindfulness, at the University of Pennsylvania. Through Mindfulness facilitation, she has been able to follow her passion of working with individuals towards experiencing less stress and more joy and fulfillment in their lives. As a mentor and coach, Laurie supports her clients in managing habitual behavior, food sensitivities and allergies, and stress reduction.

 Laurie is enjoying her second career and the opportunity to work with Lori Espe. In the last six years, she has been able to follow her passion for health and fitness of mind, body, and spirit.  Grateful to have been home with her children when they were younger, Laurie has worked part-time in development/fundraising and as a volunteer in education in the Philadelphia area for over thirty-five years. 

Laurie is continuing her education with online Health and Wellness and Mindfulness education. Among her recent teachers include Judson Brewer, MD (Behavior Change, Brown University), Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield (The Power of Awareness), and B.J. Fogg (Behavior Design, Stanford University). MBSM/Penn Program for Mindfulness Retreat, January 2021.  IIN Graduate Courses: Business Course, Gut Health and The Endocrine System/Hormone Health.
